Company directors

Ian Cooke has a background in Defence having spent twenty years in the Army as a mechanical engineer and project manager (reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel). As an Industrial Engineer with a MSc in Defence Technology he has considerable experience in all aspects of technology from electronics to mechanical systems. This expertise culminated in the position of Director of Electronic Warfare Projects (Land) in the Defence Acquisition Organisation. Since leaving Defence Ian has continued using his engineering and project management skills providing consulting services in a number of project management and technology areas. As well as consulting Ian is one of the directors of CIC Consulting, Secure and Technology.

Carol Cooke has been committed to sales and marketing for 20 years having experience in retail, wholesale, government and semi government departments and specialists in the medical industry. Most of this experience has been in the highly competitive and innovative pharmaceutical industry. Carol’s track record has consistently ranked her in the top 5% of sales. Over the last four years Carol has developed an innovative sales and marketing methodology, which has been successfully applied to a number of businesses. Carol is one of the directors of CIC Consulting, Secure and Technology.
